Time with a mentor can range from weekly encouragement and guidance calls, to critical development of action plans face-to-face with daily accountability. At RAW Leadership, I take the time to understand your specific personal needs to develop a path forward that makes sense for you. This begins with a full temperament assessment to better understand the unique set of traits that make up who you are as an individual.
I'll hold you accountable when you need that push, and give you grace when you need just a little more time to wrap your head around the next steps. Unlike some mentors, I arm you with useful tools to think through processes and systems, and then spend time explaining how to apply them.

TEMPERAMENT ANALYSIS VS tRaditional counseling
Traditional counseling can take several months to years before growth begins between the counselor and the counselee. This is due to the fact the counselor has little to no initial foundation or information from the counselee in which to begin advising. Therefore, growth in the counselee is delayed and is only based on the amount of personal information the counselee is willing to divulge to the counselor.
Temperament analysis is very different. Before the session begins with the counselee, the counselor (coach) has an in-depth clinical profile of the counselee in the form of a temperament analysis. This report gives a detailed look at specific strengths and weaknesses in three areas of the counselee's life. These areas are:

This report is generated by the counselee taking a 60 question assessment. A specific and detailed report of the counselee's temperament is then generated based on the answers provided in the questionnaire. The 60 questions are based on 5 different temperaments, in the three areas mentioned above.
These temperaments can be blended in several different combinations to make up the unique you.
